PROJECT  MANAGER

Property developer Knight Property Group is currently undertaking several exciting projects and we require a Project Manager to join the Aberdeen development team.

You will be responsible for the successful project delivery and management of key developments from inception to handover, ensuring these are delivered within agreed timescales and budgets and to the high quality standards we and our clients expect.

Applicants should have excellent communication skills and will work closely with the main contractor, subcontractors, the professional team and the client throughout each development.

A proactive approach and a thorough understanding of construction management with relevant project experience will be required to succeed.
