This build was developed as a bespoke office and data centre for Atos Origin to centralise many of their Scottish functions. Developed on a 3.85 acre site in Livingston, the site was selected due to its excellent proximity to Scotland's central belt. The development consisted of 34,000 sq.ft of office space and 22,000 sq.ft of data centre.
