Eurocopter, part of the EADS Group, selected a pre-let at Kirkhill Commercial Park as its UK base and simulator training facility. It's close proximity to the heliport and links to the forthcoming AWPR (Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route) made the location ideal for its needs. The 2 storey open plan office includes training facilities and the logistics warehouse which will allow it to service its fleet of North Sea helicopters. The sim facilities house 2 training simulators and have a feature viewing gallery and associated back up for operating and running the sims. The 1.3 acre site looks directly over heliport.
