Cascade Estate takes the plunge in Glasgow

Cascade Estates, a joint venture between Knight Real Estate and LTL Properties Investments, has purchased 42-50 Gordon Street, Glasgow, from Liverpool Victoria Friendly Society Limited for an undisclosed sum.

The property comprises retail units occupying basement and ground floor, which are let to Black & Lizars and Lazercare respectively, with the upper floors consisting of self-contained office suites occupied by Ringmaker, Riddell Thoms, Shaw Trust and Culverwell & Co.

Cascade Estates was advised by Winton Faith, Chartered Surveyors and finance was provided by HBOS.
