Knight secures early Westpoint letting

Aberdeen property development company Knight Real Estate, a Chess Property Group plc company annouced a profitable start to the year, securing a significant letting at its Westpoint Business Park at Westhill.

Serviced office provider Bluesky Business Space have confirmed a 10-year lease at the £45million office development near Aberdeen. James Barrack said "This is the first of many deals to be annouced in the coming months".
